Santa olives were sown and grown on the Halkidiki Peninsula in northeastern Greece, an area characterized by fertile soil and a Mediterranean climate. Santa olives are succulent and juicy, characterized by a fruity aroma with a delicately bitter and pleasant finish on the palate.
