Top quality tomatoes. Some say that brands of skinned tomatoes are similar to each other. Not so with Ruggiaro tomatoes. They are sweet, immersed in a very thick sauce with high Brix, and weigh 1,600 grams drained (as opposed to 1,500 grams for all other brands). Most importantly, they’re delicious! We recommended crushing them to prepare Neapolitan pizza, adding them to long-cooking sauces, and for rich lasagna sauce.
